This blog about infertility kind of came to mind one day when I was sitting in my office at work chatting with my boss, he brought up how he and his wife had many friends who were struggling conceiving. I think the conversation was started with us talking about microwaves, that's neither here nor there. But this has been in the back of my mind floating around, since then. So, I started digging a little deeper. Why is this happening more and more. Why is it so hard for couples to become pregnant.
Here I think you will find information that most doctors won't tell you. Things to avoid, things to stay away from and eliminate from your food and home.
Below is a more formal structure of my research and how it will be brought to you.
Infertility is more common than you think — and in many cases, it’s unexplained.
For some, the answer isn’t in age or genetics. It may be hiding in your everyday life — in the food you eat, the air you breathe, the lotion you rub into your skin, or the cleaner you spray on your counter.
These hidden culprits? Toxins.
We’re surrounded by chemicals that can quietly interfere with our hormones, disrupt ovulation, damage sperm, and make it harder to conceive. Even products marketed as “clean” or “natural” sometimes contain ingredients that can throw your body off balance.
But here’s the good news: You don’t have to be perfect. You just need to be aware.
What to except with this Blog on Infertility:
This is your guide to uncovering the truth about toxins and infertility — one step at a time. We’ll break it down simply and clearly, so you can make smart changes without feeling overwhelmed.
Over the next several posts, we’ll explore:

What you can do to avoid them

💔 This Matters to me and I believe all women and men who someday want to have children
Your body was never designed to process this much chemical exposure. From pesticides in produce to preservatives in mascara, it all adds up. And while we can’t live in a bubble, we can lower our exposure — and protect our fertility in the process.
This isn’t about fear. It’s about empowerment.
