How it started......

It's finally here!!

Actually, I am not sure how this journey started. But here I am.

One day I decided that I was no longer going to allow all the "bad" things into my home.

But oh, the trickery involved in finding true honest organic or healthy products was not as easy as searching on google or amazon.

So, then I would buy a product only then to realize that what was in it was not organic or healthy and had chemicals that were still harmful to me, my body and my family.

At first it started with food, reading every label in the store before I would put it in my cart. Pulling out my phone to look up long words that I could not pronounce.

Why is this in our food? What is the purpose? Well, we all kind of know the purpose now, don't we?

Then one day my youngest son and is girlfriend were over, and we were chatting, and he said something to the effect, "It's not just food Mom, it's products you use too."

I can say I was a little mind blown at that moment and he was right.

It's our cleaning products, makeup, lotion, shampoo, cookware, our water, it's everything we use in our daily life. Thinking that it's safe, we have used it for years, right?

Since then, OH, the rabbit holes I have been down! Hours searching different products to see if they were actually organic and good for you. Did they say "Natural", "Clean", or "Organic" but once you look a little deeper there it was. The ingredients with the long name. I spent hours looking up "ingredients" to find out if they were harmful. Duh, of course they were.

I have pushed my knowledge on my co-workers. Some have listened, some it goes in one ear and out the other. But I noticed that some cared and started to ask me, "Is this good?" or "What about this?" Yay! A break though. If I can help just one person, it will make me happy.

One day driving in my car it came to me why not share my newfound knowledge to those who want to start this lifestyle but have no idea where to start and what is actually a true natural product!

So, with that I will be sharing products that I have researched and where you can buy them.

I have so many ideas.
